Our closing date is on the 23rd of October.  Don’t get too excited though.  That just means we’re done with all of our paperwork.  The seller still has some final paperwork to do before we can get our keys and move in.

It’s still super exciting though.  On the 18th we have our new home buyer thing at the Townhome place.  So the day before J.P. and his Father are going to run around and inspect the place.  We can’t get them to change much but if they forgot to do something or something they said they would do needs to be fixed...Then they’ll do or fix it if necessary.
